Welcome to my website! I’m Avinash Lagoo, and I’m thrilled to share my journey and offerings with you.
I am honoured to serve as the Vice President and Librarian of the Glasgow Theosophical Society, a space dedicated to spiritual inquiry, unity, and the pursuit of truth. As a fourth-generation Scottish Punjabi from Glasgow, my journey bridges ancient Vedic wisdom with contemporary life—integrating tradition, philosophy, and healing.
Through my work as an Ayurvedic Practitioner and founder of The Vedic Ways, I offer holistic guidance rooted in Ayurveda, Jyotisha, Vastu, Pranic Healing, Reiki, and other spiritual sciences. My aim is to help individuals achieve balance, harmony, and self-realisation—body, mind, and spirit.
Within the Theosophical Society, I continue to nurture our library, preserving and sharing spiritual and philosophical knowledge for all seekers. The Society’s Three Objects deeply resonate with my life’s purpose: promoting universal brotherhood, encouraging the study of comparative religion, philosophy, and science, and exploring the hidden potentials within nature and humanity.
Beyond my work with the Society, I also serve as Interfaith Representative for the Scottish Hindu Foundation, engaging in dialogue and initiatives that foster understanding among diverse faiths. My involvement with Interfaith Restorative Justice further reflects my belief that compassion and spirituality can guide peaceful resolution and healing.
Through all I do, I strive to honour the unity of all life and inspire others to discover their inner truth, balance, and spiritual potential.
